This house is equipped with a whole house audio system that allows you to listen to music in many of the major rooms or areas and you control the volume independently on the control pads. The Sonos App allows you to select streaming services like radio stations, Pandora, Spotify, etc. or you may AIR PLAY music off your phone.
Televisions in the house have streaming/Roku and are also connected to local stations using air TV. The theater, great room, and bunkbed room also have a Blu ray player.
1st floor has a Sports Court (balls provided on the rack) which includes a Basketball court and net, an optional Pickleball net/rackets/balls, a disco ball, a game room with a pool/air hockey table, a lounge area, a bar, and a full kitchen. On the Sports Court, you will find a cabinet, behind the cabinet is a flat panel television.
- 1st-floor yard, located outside of the game room patio, is flat and can be used to practice your putting skills, play frisbee, or games.
- Game corner in the garage, including a full Pickleball net/rackets/balls that can be set up on the top driveway.
- Patio accessible from driveway and conference room has 3 picnic benches that will accommodate 18 people
- Home theater: you will find a 100" screen, comfortable theater seating, a wet bar, and a private bathroom. The theater is equipped with local channels, Roku streaming services, Direct TV, a Blu- ray player, and movie library (located above the sink)
- In the great room there is a game credenza filled with board games and card games
- In the 4th floor library/office there is a desk and comfortable sitting area with views of the lake and golf course. You can read, relax and enjoy the views, or catch up with loved ones or associates
- Directly behind the estate is 96 acres of woods for exploring, hiking, and privacy
